Fixing the Indian's arm will come in very handy later on in the forest. But you don't have what you need to get in there yet.
Now that you can pay the entrance fee, check out the garden; someone had the good sense to actually build stairs up that steep hill. You'll get to play bait and outrun an old nemesis, but if you lead him into the right trap, it'll pay off in spades.
