Thanks Kevin! Now I'm wondering about gold coins. I think I've gotten all but the one I have to dive for and the one in the tower. I've tried diving many times at that spot in the ocean, swimming east from the cave, jumping and wading in the river, and wading on the sandbar. I've also tried each option in the bottom floor of the tower many times, but I can't get to the next floor.
