The three regulars are Ryan, Colin, and Wayne. There's always another person, which is usually someone from Comedy Central (Stephen Colbert, Gregg Proops, A. Whitney Brown), or someone on the English version of whose line (Gregg Proops does both...)
I like the Drew Carrey show a lot, but Whose Line is infinitely better.
