game of ages- HELP- (sorry about spoilers)

Ok, I'm in Llagimlyn and I don't know what to do.
My inventory

3 bronze coins
10 red gemstones
Guard's Sword
Stone of Strengthening
Food Rations
Rope
Tinderbox
Sticks
Wire Clippers
Key of Opening
Portrait
Clear Focus Stone

I've given Blood Drops a mug of ale and he gave me 2 bronze coins in return, but I don't know what to do next. I've explored the town but I can't find where I'm supposed to go. I have also explored the castle but there's really nothing to do there to my knowledge, as half the rooms you can't go in and the other half aren't really interesting.
