TOA: No silly putty or chainsaw and stuck on Saturday

I am stuck on Saturday late morning/early afternoon and thoroughly frustrated. >:-s

I keep reading about a chainsaw and silly putty and a rat on the forums, but I cannot find any of these things. Where do I get them? The nerds are in the sewers down in the shack. Were they supposed to help get me get through the hole in the roof? How can I get to what's under the tarps? How do I get tokens?

Anywho, all nudges in any viable direction are welcome. :)
