Healing the tree in FQ2

for the life of me I can't seem to be able to heal the tree. I know it has to do with the unicorns but I can't figure out how to get them to go to the tree
I have allready healed the indian, I killed the cat and the lion, I killed the vampire and I dont rember how much gold I have given the soothsayer

here is my inventory
10 Onions

Silver Key

Sap Tap

Coconut

Pliers
Sack

Crown of Destiny

Bucket

Huge Ladder

Iron Support
Small Silver Coin

Float Ring

Cross

Blue Rubber Ball
