Maybe they use that because they can't spell Alzheimers. Maybe they can't remember it. I tend to want to spell it All's Hammer's. I can never remember the "ie" or "ei" part.

There is a family joke that if Howard ever gets Alzheimers, nobody will ever notice. I don't get it. What could they be talking about?
