I've booked with them (I think), and had no complaints on a 7 day cruise. Okay, no complaints other than having alcoholic drinks or other pay-per-use services shoved in my face the whole time.

Ordinarily, I'd be in favour of naming the company, but in this case I think the way to go is to avoid cruses shorter than 7 days, on any line.
