I am mainly interested in numbers with a dollar sign in front. I have very little use for numbers with no unit of measure at all. I guess you could say that I don't have a math mind.

One thing that worries me is that I have used a calculator so long I can barely remember how to do math with a pencil. I tried to figure my gas mileage the other day and couldn't remember where to put the gallons. I think I was getting 560 gallons per mile. I tried to calculate the sales tax on some stuff I bought and got within a fraction of a cent of what they charged me. See? The dollar sign makes it easy. I figured it in my head, so there must be *something* in there.
