Fantasy Quest 1 Im stuck :(

I swear I've got everything but i look at other ppls messages and I see im missing a few things: a scroll, a hook and a dollar bill. where do i find these? also where do i get the code for the tower? . i've tried all that i've been given but its not working. one more thing:how do i get to the gardens at the south west corner of the map? is this where the cat is? i know i'm asking alot but any help would be greatful, even if you dont have the answers to all!
