POA - can't get third job

I have done the first two jobs in POA (boosters and
conduits) and keep checking my email, but still haven't
been given the next job. I have returned the cat, and got
Jonas's nickel, and got the business card from the jewellery
man.
Things I am stuck on:
1. Where to get a prescription for sedatives?
2. What to do with the business card?
3. What to do with the nickel?
4. How to get the third job?
