I got the coin from the pile the first time up. Here's where I remember where I have gotten coins:
Bottle Tower (1)
Winged girls(2)
Soothsayer (1)
Bench(1)
Gambling(1)
Near volcano(1)
Dwarfs bldg (1)
That's only 8 & I've given her 9 since she told me "16". I seem to forgotten where I got the 9th coin.
Anywhere else that I have missed? I'm gonna go try swimming in the cave.
