TOA - REALLY STUCK

It's Sunday late morning/early afternoon. I have the nerds in the promised land. Verna & Silus are waiting in my car. I found the bus, however, the driver keeps saying everything is ok. I've tried every route possible that I couldn't go before. I still can't go those ways. How do I get to the overpass to get to the bus? Or am I missing something entirely? All professors' tasks have been accomplished. I've checked back with the nerds and Verna & Silus.
