But if someone is going to pay A LOT of money to be transported somewhere instantaniously (or have cargo transported), it probably means that they need to arrive instantaniously. I can't see "Yes, I can get that kidney from San Fransisco to Chicago instantly, but you'll have to wait 12 hours, because I'm off duty" being too successful a sales strategy. You'd have to work when people wanted you to, or they'd find it quicker to take a plane, and save A LOT of money.
