Actually, I started browsing through IMDB, going through the 250 top movies list. I started with the Godfather, so when you click on it you get the list of actors in it. If you click on an actor, you get a list of movies he has been in and so on.
By doing this, I came across at least 300 movies I had seen without ever going back to the original 250 top movies list.
The process is kind of similar to the one in that game where you have to connect Kevin Bacon to any other actor...
