I am totally stuck in GOA - HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really have no idea what to do or anything. Can someone help me? I think I must not have been everywhere, but i've made a map, so I don't think I've missed anything out!

My inventory is :

Diving Mask
Pick
Life Preserver
Dead Fish
Crate

Broken Free Trial Sword of Failing
Ticket
Stone of Strengthening
Bucket

Magic Armor of Magic
Key of Questioning
Food Rations
Rope
