I don't remember the exact combo. I still have it at home, if this doesn't help then I'll dig it out for you. This is how I found it tho...

Make a table w/ 2 columns and enough rows for all the M numbers. The columns are Inner and Outer (I think that's how they're designated). In each box, put a dot in the middle. Then, basically connect the dots. Each dot must be connected w/ one either above or below AND w/ one to the left or right (wrapping around the edges of the table if necessary).

The line should be continuous w/ no breaks.

When I did it, I made little x's where a connection was broken.

If this doesn't make sense then post again and I'll look for my specific chart when I get home.
