OK, now I'm really confused. I managed (somehow, can't quite remember how I did it) to get into M01-10) and I input the code and flipped the emergency access switch. That got me into M11-20, where I did the same, but then couldn't get out. So I went back to the M20 control room and did something else, which then got me out. But I couldn't get into M21-30. Then I did something in M01-10, I can't remember what, and managed to get into M21-30... where I tried reset and nothing happened, so I tried emergency access and now I can't get into M11-20 and I don't know what to do now and... waaaaaaaaah!!!! I hate this job!!! *dissolves into tears of frustration*

Is there some way to start over? And if so, what should I be doing? Do I need to somehow fix that door at M11?
