Had already robbed the janitor for his card and talked to Jonas, and having poked around the cargo bay again I went on a trip and now I have a cap. Still don't know how to get the cat, I also think I need to fix the vent in the kitchen. I found one bit of tubing in the store and another near my room - only I can't reach that one.
