  Heh, indeed. I'm fairly certain that getting all six upgrades (555/444) in addition to all six +3 permanent strength enhancements is too expensive and risky in a fourteen-round tournament. Maybe in a fifteen-round though; like I said before, 4/3 is probably the best way to go if we ever drop below 64 players in a tournament.
  I'm not sure there actually is a "best" setup, because the level of competition and difficulty of the preliminary opponents isn't always the same in a given month and I believe that it has at least some influence on build strategy (even once we throw out multi-account cheaters). A four-upgrade strategy has served me fairly well for the past several months, but there are times where I believe one-to-three or even five might have worked better, and there may be something to be said for the pacing of getting +3 Strength enhancements, or perhaps even dropping one or two of them.
