On the album "Poodle Hat," Weird Al did a whole song built of nothing but palindromes (and it rhymed!)
It's called "Bob," and my favorite one off of the list (well two) are these:
"No X In Nixon," because it's self-contradictory Self-reference, and
"Go Hang A Salami, I'm A Lasagna Hog," just because it's so ridiculous it comes out the other side as Awesome.
Anyway, check it out if you can, it's a great song.
