As one who has traveled in all 50 states, I must say that California is a good place to live. I like the Central Coast region best. I was in Orange County south of LA recently. Nice, but too much traffic. Riverbank is only s short drive from some great spots for weekend visits.

I hope you get a job. It always helps to have income.
