It has five video disks some books and, inside the box, a round container that looks like a 35mm film can. Everything listed on the outside is there except for the T-shirt, and it looks like it has never been played. But, of course, how could you tell? > > Under the title, "Wing Commander III," it says "Heart of the Tiger," and in the corner it says " A Chris Roberts Game." In another corner it says "Origin Interactive Movie." So maybe it's a movie? It says "over three hours of live action video, plus dozens of hours of gameplay." > > Any clues as to what it is? > Howard
It's a computer game; one of the first to make significant use of full motion video scenes. Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) was one of the main actors.
I was working in a computer game shop back in '94, so this is a little bit of a blast from the past. I doubt it has any real value, though.
Ah, yeah. eBay has it available for $1.04, plus $5 for shipping, as of right now (http://tinyurl.com/24gyax).
