Yeah, I went with liquid-in-solid on account of the butter and cheese. But I was painfully torn between that and the gas-in-liquid.

I fear that most of the people who went with the "suspensions rule!" option did so because they didn't know what a colloid was and wouldn't be bothered to look it up. Colloids are way cooler, and I fail to see how any right-minded person could disagree.
