"I'll have a lemonade...IN A DIRTY GLASS!"

The Road films were at their craziest with this middle entry in the series, Road To Utopia. Talking animals, fourth wall breaches by the bushel, and the charismatic, dryly humorous narration of Robert Benchley all contribute to a crazy comedy gone haywire. Not all the jokes work, but the ones that do induce prolonged belly laughs. The film as a whole doesn't hold together quite as well as its predecessors, perhaps because of its unleashed lunacy -- a paradox, since that means the film was made weaker by an abundance of its strengths -- but it's still great fun for fans of the series.
