This sequel is less like a crime flick and more like a comedy, probably producing better results than what would have been otherwise. Rosie O'Donnell joins Richard Dreyfuss and Emilio Estevez. There are moments of humor and moments of suspense, but also, unfortunately, moments of stupidity and boredom. It's fun the first time through, but repeat viewings are tiresome.
