The inventory is the list of the objects Murkon is carrying. The items are divided into those pieces of equipment he is using and those items that are merely being carried along. The 'Examine Inventory' button, available from the 'View' screen, will display a listing of all Murkon's inventory -- worn items and carried items -- and a brief description of the powers of each item. It's a good idea to look at this screen whenever Murkon comes into the possession of unfamiliar items, especially if their uses and powers are not readily apparent. This is particularly important when the name of an item suggests an increase to an attribute Murkon simply does not have. For example, Gloves of Speed normally provide characters with speed, that is, how many times a character can attack a monster in battle. But Murkon, unlike the characters he does battle with, does not have speed as an attribute. Instead, Gloves of Speed give Murkon both a point of agility and a point of dexterity. The 'Examine Inventory' button would show this information.
