An inventory is a list of the objects a character is carrying. The items are divided into those pieces of equipment that the character is using and those items that are merely being carried along. The 'Examine Inventory' button, available from the 'View a Character' screen, will display a listing of all the character's inventory -- worn items and carried items -- and a brief description of the powers of each item. It's a good idea to look at this screen whenever a character comes into the possession of unfamiliar items, especially if their uses and powers are not readily apparent.
