I try not to do anything for a living, but unfortunately the dynamics of life in America generally force me to do something that people will pay me for. I wish I got paid a living wage to work on Rinkworks, but alas, neither Sam nor myself actually do this "for a living".

Being funny is often a defense mechanism. If a bully is going to beat you up in the schoolyard, if you can make him laugh he might not beat you so hard. For me, being funny is just a way of getting people to like me, because I've got such a dreadfully boring personality otherwise.
