  Well, I think the idea is that a Guinness *DOES* taste like a deep, thick, slightly bitter chocolatey flavour of stout.  Heh.  I personally don't like beer, but I can almost tolerate an English digestif called a "Black Velvet," which is one part fresh apple cider carefully topped off with an equal part of creamy Guinness.
