It's odd to think that Sam is about two or three years younger than I am (maybe four). He's got this website and is looked on as a friend/ringleader in an international group of near-strangers. It's almost as if he could get up and say "Everbody to my house to play Kick-The-Can!" and we'd all rush over to New England to get a rousing game on.

In a way, it's similar to how I got depressed when I turned 29. Not that I was a year away from thirty, no -- it was that I was finally as old as Superman. Superman is eternally 29. And look at all he's done with his life.
