Well, I got my two minutes, eight seconds of fame on television this evening. (Refer to Chapter 1 at http://rinkworks.com/rinkforum/view.cgi?post=21790 if you didn't read it.) Actually, I got more camera time than that because they kept showing me in the promos for the upcoming news show.

When all is said and done, I thought it would turn out a lot worse than it did. My story was at the END of the newscast, but at least they didn't bump it at the last minute.

Below is a link to the transcript of my part of the news show. I noticed that they forgot to include my biggest quote on the transcript, so I'll post that later when I watch the video tape of it. I really don't like the online transcript because they left out quite a few words. It makes me sound like an idiot who can't speak properly, but it will have to do for now. Maybe I'll send Kaz a copy of the video so we can get a more accurate transcript!

I would try to put the news clip online so people can see it, but I'm not sure if that would work. Any suggestions?
