Wouldn't the intuitive choice be The Rink himself?
I do have an illustration of him -- one I did some years ago, long before RinkWorks or even the web -- although it's a pencil illustration that's not terribly well suited for web site graphics.

The May 18th journal entry gives the details. Rereading it, I realize it's a little unclear about his character -- he actually is a "good guy."

I don't know about using him prominently on RinkWorks, though. Although he looks cooler than his description probably suggests, it may not impress the casual surfer that I would want to woo into staying. There's enough "creatures" out there. :-)
