Ugh. Sorry about that. That's what happens when a web browser chokes. I had written it all out, then had to retype it after my browser crashed. Reconstructing it from memory, I omitted what words I had thought of for 'm' and 'n'. I don't even remember what they were, but I did have them in there too.
