Isn't that funny. I learned to ski in the Austrian alps, and I skied in Switzerland quite a bit way back. I loved how you could go up a lift and ski for half a day or more without having to go up another one. The White Mountains of New Hampshire are gorgeous, but they're not high enough for that.
