I understand what you mean. I'm a sophomore in college, and I'm taking pre-calculus for the third time. I know I've seen all this stuff before, but I was too young to comprehend it in high school. If the system had waited until I was more mature, I believe I could've passed this course the first time I took it.
And I read The Scarlet Letter in my junior year in high school, and I hate that book to this day. Jane Eyre was another book I didn't like, so beware.
