Best described as Arnold Schwarzenegger in a James Bond film, director James Cameron's contribution to the spy fantasy was particularly welcome during the six year absence of legitimate Bond films. Like Cameron's best films, True Lies has plenty of over-the-top yet well-done action scenes and state of the art special effects -- and an actual story to hold it all together. A highly satisfying action film.
