This is supposedly the masterpiece of Troma Films, the infamous movie studio that produces outrageously bad movies. (They're the only studio I know to work their name into the title of their films on occasion.) But this isn't so-bad-it's-good by any stretch of the imagination. It's too gruesome and meanspirited, not to mention extremely overlong, to be entertaining as camp. And it's also very boring. Most of the movie is comprised of people shooting machine guns at each other. Between the gunfire is torture, obnoxious shrieking, unfunny comic relief, and some really disgusting things I wish I hadn't seen. What were they thinking?
