The title is the best thing about this movie, but it's misleading: if you're looking for guys in half-melted Halloween masks running around hugging people to death, fast forward to the last ten minutes. The rest, inexplicably, consists almost entirely of atrocious and weirdly assorted stage acts. There are breaks in between for small story advances, but mostly it's like some horrible burlesque show gone wrong where the last act is police shooting down lumbering zombies. It sounds comically bad, but it's not worth sitting through.
