The advertising tagline for this movie is "Beautiful Women! Silver-Masked Men! Deadly Windmills! Karate Killings! Lethal Oriental Vases!" It's a pretty good advertising line, even if half of those things aren't actually in the movie.

That's the best compliment I can pay to this James Bond rip-off, which is incoherent, wooden, and just plain ridiculous.
