It attempts to make an ethical statement about "doing the right thing" in life, but Operation Dumbo Drop succeeds only in being a mechanical and often dumb kiddie flick -- and even the kids might find themselves yawning between the action. Credit for trying is due, and the result isn't bad so much as uninteresting, but what kind of a recommendation is that?
