Ten minutes' worth of Damon Wayans' merciless verbal torture of a group of JROTC kids would have made a terrific short, but it makes a tiresome full length movie -- especially when much of the time is filled by juvenile body function sketches. Recommended only for those who can appreciate an extreme caricature of the military commander stereotype...but who wouldn't be put off by a blatantly unrealistic portrayal of the military.
