The Farrelly Brothers make improvements on their "gross-out with heart" style of humor with this comedy about a bowler that loses his hand and eventually becomes the coach and agent of an Amish man who harbors a secret love of the sport. It's all very silly and doesn't really amount to much, but it's usually funny, and that's more than can be said for most exercises in this type of comedy.
