This early Jackie Chan martial arts comedy is abysmally bad in its first half and gains some steam in the second, when some intrigue and impressive if deliberately choreographed fight sequences take over from the random dithering and pathetic attempts at comedy. Most inexplicable of all is a ridiculously long slapstick sequence with five Raggedy-Ann ghosts that like to pull people's pants down.
