Fans of Bette Davis will undoubtedly eat this up: Davis plays two roles -- twin sisters -- in this sordid tale of betrayal and deceit. That description may sound like the back of a video box cover, but it's quite accurate. Some plot synopsis describe the roles she plays as "one good, one bad." Let's just say my description is more accurate.

The story, while certainly sufficient, probably wouldn't have amounted to much without Bette Davis -- she takes the material and glories in it, playing the type of role she does so well twice. The film is a great showcase of her talent and a must-see for fans.
