Entertaining comedy-drama about a man and his mentally retarded sister. Despite the seriousness of the subject, the film is both funny and heartwarming. Johnny Depp steals the show with re-enactments of classic Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton routines. It is a shame that present society does not provide a greater outlet for Depp's comic talents.
