James Cagney stars in this almost documentary-like World War II spy tale about the training of O.S.S. agents. But word comes that there's a German spy afoot; the Americans try to locate him and feed him false information. This is no masterpiece, but it's a compelling and often suspenseful tale. Cagney's performance is right on target.
