Blooper: Computer

One thing we're going to start doing, as a bonus for listeners who visit our web site, is provide a weekly blooper -- an outtake from our recording sessions for All Movie Talk. We'll post these on Fridays, as a way of tiding you over until the next episode.

This week's is one of mine, taken from the Sympathetic Villains segment of Episode 2. The line I was trying to say was about HAL 9000 in 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968): "He behaves evilly, but he's a computer. He's just doing what he was programmed to do."

Sometimes I think what I actually said is closer to the truth.
